Start off the week on the right tooth. I found this fast, easy and healthy recipe on Pinterest but I tweaked the original recipe from 300 degrees to 400 degrees.
Wrap lemon slices, seasoned salmon and margarine (or butter) tightly in tin foil. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
I used seasoning salt, lemon pepper and black pepper to season my salmon, but don’t be afraid to use your favorite seasonings. Get creative.
Pair with a side of your choice and bon appetite!
